How I Survived TSW

Hi!

I’ve had eczema my entire life. From the day I was born, my skin was red and irritated, and my parents had to constantly apply steroid creams. My mother was never comfortable with using steroids, and once the doctors prescribed a cream so strong that she refused to give it to me.

I’m grateful for that today, but throughout my childhood, especially during the cold Swedish winters, I struggled with rashes in the creases of my arms, wrists, and knees. During the summers, my skin would improve, but the eczema was always a part of my life.

As I got older, the rashes disappeared for a while, only to come back with itching and flare-ups every winter. My allergies got worse too. About 15 years ago, it got so bad that I would lie awake at night, scratching my skin raw. I would finally fall asleep around 6 AM, only to wake up two hours later for work. It was unsustainable.

I tried to avoid steroids and cortisone creams for as long as I could, but eventually, I couldn’t handle it anymore. I needed to function in my daily life, so I went to the doctor, and they prescribed me strong cortisone pills. Sure, the eczema went away for a year or two, but then it came back — worse than before.

By this time, I had been through several rounds of strong steroid treatments, but each time, the relief lasted only a few months before the symptoms returned.

In 2019, my eczema flared up so severely that I knew I couldn’t keep covering my body with steroids. I decided to quit cold turkey, which led to withdrawal. My body didn’t know how to function without cortisone, and the eczema spread all over my skin. That’s when I knew I had to find another solution.

My journey towards finding a natural solution now began. I refused to believe that eczema was just something I had to suppress with creams. I knew something was wrong inside my body, and I started researching everything I could about natural treatments. At first, things got worse before they got better, but eventually, I started to see small improvements.

It wasn’t until I learned about the connection between inflammation and the balance of Omega-6 and Omega-3 in the body that things really started to change. I had always thought that inflammation came from certain foods like gluten or dairy. But I hadn’t realized that it could be related to the balance of fatty acids in my body.

I did a blood test to measure my Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio, and it turned out I had an imbalance of 25:1. That means I had 25 times more Omega-6 than Omega-3 in my body. To be in balance, you should aim for a ratio of 3:1. After getting my test results, I started taking a high-quality Omega-3 supplement.

During the first few weeks, I didn’t notice much of a change. In fact, it got a little worse before it got better. But over time, I began to feel a real difference. My rashes started to subside, I was sleeping better, and my skin became more elastic. After about six months, I was almost symptom-free.

This has been a long journey, but Omega-3 has played a crucial role in helping me restore balance to my body. I can’t say that it’s the only solution, but it has made a huge difference for me. And now, I want to help you experience the same transformation.

So what's your next step?

The first step is to take a blood test to check your Omega-6 to Omega-3 balance. Many people are walking around with an imbalance without even knowing it, and by correcting this, you can help your body heal naturally.

I offer both the test and the high-quality Omega-3 supplement that I personally use and highly recommend. I started working with this company because I truly believe in the quality of their products, and my entire family uses them with great results.
